Step 1:
Take a pendrive and use software like Rufus, Ventoy, etc., to boot the operating system of your choice. Then, restart the PC, go to the BIOS menu, change the boot order to the pendrive, and save the changes before exiting.
Step 2:
Click on 'Repair your computer' in the installation OS dialog box, then select 'Troubleshoot' and click on 'Command Prompt

In Command Prompt, follow the commands: cd c: and then cd winows /system32

commands copycmd.exe cmd2.exe 1 file(s) copied copyutilman.exe util.exe 1 file(s) copied del utilman.exe exit

Restat the sysytem
Step 6:
Go to the lock screen and click on 'Ease of Access.' This will open Command Prompt. Then, type the following command in CMD: net user administrator 123456 and exit
Step 7:
Click on the password field and enter 123456. Once Windows opens, go to Control Panel, select the user account, and change the password
